Innosight Institute
Innosight Institute is a not-for-profit, non-partisan think tank which seeks to apply theories of disruptive innovation to develop and promote solutions to the most vexing social sector problems.

The Innosight Institute was founded in 2007 by Clayton Christensen and his coauthors Michael Horn (Disrupting Class) and Jason Hwang (The Innovator’s Prescription) to apply Christensen’s research to help find solutions to some of the most important challenges in the public sector, namely education and healthcare. Since its founding, Innosight Institute’s researchers have become some of the most well-regarded and sought-after speakers in their respective fields. As time progresses, Innosight Institute will expand its scope to tackle other pressing social sector issues and develop breakthrough solutions to those problems, just as it has done in healthcare and education.
Innosight Institute is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Its president is Ann Christensen. Michael Horn leads its education research practice, and Ben Wanamaker leads the healthcare practice.
